Getting the lay of the land with Touch and Tell Anatomy

The Hands On Approach

This work can also be done 1:1 with Hands on Assists if you are located in the Vancouver or Lower Mainland. We have had very effective results with doing this in group class settings as well as online Live group or private sessions.
